Can we report someone who admits to inting over voice chat?

Title.

It's obvious in game that it was int, but he didn't say anything in game. He did, however, admit to doing in intentionally in discord voice chat. I doubt I can do anything about it though.

even if it was recorded, it's dam hard to prove from discord that the dude in discord is the dude in that actual game.

Anyone can go to discord and make an account with any name. Further, photoshop exists. Even if they said "I am x player and i am intentionally feeding" what proof is there?

If you reported them in the game, the game will be reviewed. If you didn't, you can submit a support ticket and Riot will review the game.
