rage quit in ranked

My last game in ranked:)..had a jax who rage quit at min 5-6:)..Apparetnyl team didn;t helped him when rengar killed him 2 times..and LB from my team was to blame:)...I was doing fine top ,bot was losing:), mid was doing fine, and jungler got rekt:)..and he rage quit.He stayed on the fountain, saying that LB doesn;t deserve to win and stupid stuff like this:).. My question is, will leaver buster get him?He was just walking around in the fountain and occasionally buying items:) And my second question, the whole team was negative to him, i did talk alot, but i didn;t say anything offensive, didn;t say "report jax" or anything like that..The only thing i said was asking him why he quit, and trying to understand why he rage quit:).Game was lost anyway, so we had time to talk:))..i was still doing pretty good,but when i was dead, i was talking to him:)..will i get CR for this?:))))))))))))))..
