How does the "Party Rewards" bonus IP math works?

I thought they would multiply the jackpot according to the number of friends with my game IP, example, getting 80 Ip for one game, and then multiplies by 4, so that becomes:

80 x 4 = 320 IP

But in the end, I only got +22 bonus Ip, and thats it. How does this work actually?

the x4 is the maxium that you can get with two people. You have a small chance of getting the max.

I've only gotten +4Ip and +8Ip no multiplier
