Holy fucking christ almighty. I played with a Jinx who non-stopped spit out verbal abuse on me, his support (thresh) and complained about everything I did. When in fact I carried this little whiny bitch in lane. Later in game he qq's about how I wasn't peeling an Olaf. AN OLAF. This guy legit made me want to punch a fucking wall. If he doesn't get banned with this new system then there's really no fucking hope for this community.

well as long as he's as toxic as you said and you reported them after the game.

Next time mute them though, as if you partake in their flaming game, you will end up banned as well and then you will make a thread about it over how unfair the system is and nobody will take you seriously.
