TP gank bot at level 4 and get one or two kills for your team. Gank mid with your jungler and support and your way back to lane. Go top and farm.
I've done that before due to seeing a good opportunity (and having a support who warded the enemy bush bot lane) and it was quite funny seeing people's reactions to it.
