winion skins
they make champion skins, and occasionally they will change the look of the map (which they should do more often), why don't they make minion skins for like 300-400rp?

Well, there's no point in making skins for minions since you're killing them. And the minions are for everyone to look at. It's not so fair that someone buys skins for minions so that everyone else could look at it and not have to pay. Plus, if it were just for you, then it'd be a pain in the butt for Riot to go through all that work for having the skin only appear on our skins. You can also do a bit with 300-400 RP. Now a rework for minions wouldn't be a bad idea. That shouldn't be so bad.
