Can I make a difference ?

As I play this game I wonder if anyone can make a difference in the gameplay ...I think we can make this a better game by playing with respect of each other ......I see so many play just for their own benefit and stats That most times I struggle with trying to be nice...game after game I try to be an example and fail...I Just want to play this game with no hassle and most times I find that we can play together and be nice and then I find a person that is being an Ass just to be an Ass...does anyone understand what i mean ?

That is how most people playing this game view it sadly.

"Oh, i get good stats, it means i'm a great play. We lost though because my team was shit."

No, you lost because you only cared about yourself and not the team as a whole. People really need to either watch more high ELO players stream or play and look at how they play. TEAMWORK. It's the name of this game and most people fail to realize that.
