Team Builder queue times needs improvement

I've always waited for like more than 5 minutes to find a team, and that team will most likely be imperfect, then I have to wait yet another 5 minutes to get another team.

Even when I tried back Blind Pick to not waste time, I can't stand to deal with autolockers/Lee Sin "support". I mean come on, I dodged 3 straight champion selects in blind picks for teaming with selfish, stubborn & immature idiots.

So I ask of you, to please improve the time needed for team matchmaking in Team Builder.
