@Riot Changing surrender time to 15 mins

They should change the surrender time to 15 mins instead of 20 mins. This would help waste less time in not only 4v5 but also when one team gets facerolled hard. I mean I can't tell you how many times people on my team have typed "open mid" or "push down mid" in all chat when the game pretty much over. I think this is a good indicator that waiting 20 mins to surrender is to long, besides 15 mins is more then enough time to judge if a game is over or not.

I think this would make the game less toxic by allowing people to just move on to the next game, instead of blaming each other and rage quitting. I mean sometimes you just don't have any synergy with your teammates and its better to end it sooner then later.

If possible I would really like to hear Riots opinion on this matter. If there is a specific reason its 20 mins and if they would be willing to ever change it.
