Reduce hextech champion shard price from 100 to around 30 tokens.

What's better ? 140 for an orb that i can obtain a fabulous skin from ? or 100 for a hextech champion shard knowing i can actually buy the champs with regular game currency ( IP ) and i can't buy skins with IP ? not talking about how some people have all champs ..

It really isn't worth 100 tokens seriously.

Lel. 100 is already cheap enough. You have to pay 1700 IP inorder to buy them normally, so 100 Tokens is fair.

The 100 token champ thing only serves the purpose of you going `fuck it, I´ll just buy the extra 10-40 tokens" at the end of this thing. Don't wanna? Free blue essense, thats....nice.
