MMR overide on league placement

So I am now playing my 9th series to promote to silver in the last week. I win every game not in a series + two in series and then every time get trolled hard for 3 games (0/10 proxying singed top, 0/9 hyperdive mid morg, etc.). My MMR is so far out of sync with my ranking that all my games at this point involve silver 1 and 2 and gold 5 players if I am on bottom.

There needs to be an override, where the system says after a certain number of repetitions "you have gotten into a series X number of times without more than 1 lost game out of series, so obviously you are good enough but are having bad luck with teams in your series. Promotion earned." It is ridiculous that I can have a 50% or better (occasionally takes 2 games to get back to series) win rate vs players playing for promotion to the tier above the one I am trying to get promoted from (not an exaggeration, I have now been bottom player in multiple silver-to-gold promos for my team or the enemy) and still not be able to get promoted.
