Does Rakan cost more to gift than xayah

So i gifted my brother xayah but he cant give me rakan in return. the game says no enough ip but the system doesnt say that for xayah. is it a client bug?

They should be both 6300 IP/RP. Have you guys tried loggin out and logging back in?

I gifted both for 6300 IP each. They should cost the same IP to gift.
