So,what do you think about about "Grievious wounds"?

I for one am not a fan of this mechanic, but from a balance perspective it's good to gave a mechanic to deal with healer or champs that are strong with self healing abilities.

On the other hand,I find the items a bit "weird". GW should be niche effects that u buy when're facing enemies with high healing power, but Morellos is a core item on most midlane mages, while EC is much cheaper and upgrades into a AR pen item that with it's other stats could be an item on it's own. Why aren't GW on niche items, but items that you can literally buy in any game and still do well?

Why are they on damage class items instead of utility and tank items? Supportd are the ones that should primarily buff/debuff allies, while tanks mostly are magical tanky creatures that might lack damage but back it up with high durability and utility?

Why doesn't seem like they're so easy to apply? EC just required an AA and burst mages utilize Morellols really well, since they're burst either kills you or leaves with low HP and little survival. Why not let it stack or something?

Am I just looking at it in a wrong way or might I be on to something? P.S. Sry for errors.Wrote this on my phone

It needs to be changed, but not in the way you'd think. If I want GW as a mage I'm not gonna build Morellos. I want GW to take effect if I have problems with the enemy's sustain, Morellonomicon is completely useless in that regard.

Ever tried to deal with that Mundo as a mage? It's near impossible because GW on Morellos only works when the target is below 35% HP. If I never get my target to below that percentage I can't utilize GW either.

Needs to exist, but also needs drastic alterations for game health. Sort of awkward how a 800 gold item can completely shut off healers. On top of that AD champions have a much easier time accessing it than AP. Maybe some sort of slower stacking system for the AD option might help?
