How to get over a shit game?

So today I wanted to play Garen (1 of my 2 mains) 1 last time before his rework. I thought, yeah, we'll go in, justice some people, Demacia wins, Noxus dies, hurray, Runeterra is lovely and wonderful once more. Start of the game, Fiora and Diana spent the first 2 minutes arguing over who goes mid, Fiora reluctantly goes mid, I already have a bad feeling about this. Got in top lane, against a Nasus with a skin, I don't care, I have one too. "Another day, another accursed villain" as I always say to myself. 4 minutes in, I screwed up, gave first blood. No big deal, everyone makes mistakes, I go back and try again. Warwick then attempts a level 3 gank on a level 5 Nasus, fails miserably. I try to save him, I go down with him because I couldn't use heal in time. This isn't going to be a good game, as I could already tell. I lane some more, and Diana goes AFK, and Warwick is apparently a 5 year old who doesn't understand the concept of people have better things to do than play League, so he spends the next 5 minutes constantly pinging our AFK Diana despite me and Morgana telling him to stop. All lanes are falling, Warwick won't stop feeding Nasus and Yi, and then Morgana and Yi tell me to go play against bots because I keep dying trying to save Warwick. I was 0/5/0 against a Nasus who had 100+armor by level 5, and I was stuck without a Black Cleaver to save me. He was doing 500 damage with his Q, and could kill me with a thought. I tried DESPERATELY to try and do something, the entire time Morgana and Yi saying that I should play against bots and telling me how to play my main champion. The only good thing about this game was that we surrendered at 20. Everything else was just a steaming pile of shit. So here's my question:

How do you guys get over a having really shitty game?

(So help me, if any of you say "It's just a game", I will summon a giant golden sword from the sky to smite you in the name of Demacia)

I'm confused. Garen losing to Nasus? People who actually don't want to go mid?

Most losses I get over by getting up and walking around for a minute or two. Really bad ones require either a sandwich or a glass of chocolate milk. I say those in particular because there are multiple steps to making them, and so it can help take your mind off of things.

HOLY SHIT I CAN RESPOND TO THINGS ON MY PHONE. so happy.

Anyway I deal with this in a multiple amount of ways.

But the best thing I can think of is to step away from the game for a few minutes and do something else.

Smoke some weed. That always chills me out. If you don't smoke then pop a beer.

Honestly anyone who properly recognizes my Summoner name its probably because I rant. On the boards, on the Wiki, whatever, the act of actually typing it up and talking about the bad crap with the community and with the issue, occasionally suggesting solutions or hell, just all out bitching about it helps calm me down.

I actually just got done with one of those posts, horrid ranked game as Leona support with a Twitch that rushed ghostblade and flamed all game with the help of our mid laner.
