What my question is: What reward would you prefer ?
Skins IP boosts RP Icon Any other ideals ?
Also, what would encourage people who have had problems in past make an effort to improve ?
A unique icon would be nice. Exclusivity is a powerful incentive if used correctly.

The "exclusive" icon was used last year (Santa Baron). That didn't leave a lasting impression, didn't make me feel like I earned much with it. Getting a Legendary skin from Riot on the other hand, that felt good.
I feel like the free mystery gift is a good idea as it gives you at least 520 RP worth of content while giving the small excitement from hoping you roll well.

To be honest I was rather hoping for an Icon myself :)
With as many skins that were sent out, I wonder how exclusive an icon would be ? Would you suggest that there could be grades of the icon ? I'm not sure how to put a spin on that. It is worth thinking about icons that have a level of some sort and can be earned or demoted.
It would take a lot of work and research though...Any ideals to further this anyone ?
I am particularly interested in anyone who has had disciplinary actions taken against them and what it would take to encourage them to try harder :)

I mean I was thrilled with a Sorka skin :) It made me think about trying her out again as I haven't played her since the rework.
I just believe that Riot is working in a very good way to promote Good Behavior. I don't know many company's that give away such a massive amount. If you think about how many people got both the boost and the skin, well that is a huge giveaway.
I work as a Business Consultant and I have yet to find a company willing to give that much away !!!
havent had any bad cat warnings but it would be awesome if a summoner was to get a unique icon based on what faction or class his/her main champ is in. or like a special icon for what mode is played the most. like i play aram more than anything. but what would an aram icon look like lol
Nice ! So if I understand you correct, what would make you happy would be a play-mode icon, right ? Or do you mean like a ummm... melee or ranged, or Jungle, ADC, Support... or even a.... Okay this will sound mushy but a 'Good Guy Garen' ? hahaha
