How come there's no enchantment for barrier heal ignite clarity clairvoyance and ignite?

clarity giving you more base mana barrier shield strength increase and or flat %health shield heal increased or base health increase ignite providing more AP and AD clairvoyance cooldown reduced. cleanse duration increase and cooldown reduced

exhaust idk they pretty much buffed the item to an extent.
