Blue build ezreal is currently one of, if not the current strongest build for AD ezreal. Until the item becomes lets gold efficient I don't think we'll get rid of blue ezreal for a while.
Ezreal's Q cannot crit, which is part of the reason why blue build has always been so popular. His Q is his bread-and-butter ability, and is at least 50% of where his damage comes from. Ezreal players often build around this by utilizing Iceborn to emphasize his natural ability to kite.
Everything looks good on Ezreal, that's the problem. He can make any accessory a fashion statement.
