Need an Answer on Fan Inspired Skins - Unprepared Garen
Can someone please explain to me why Riot refuses to make the Unprepared Garen skin? I has been 5 YEARS! That's right. **FIVE **years.
I have been with League since the ye olde days (I feel really old making this thread) and I have seen many skins grace the forums, gain support, then Riot makes them. But one thing does my head in. Why wont they make Unprepared Garen?
Let me tell you my story. It may be a bit long winded, but there will be a tl:dr for you to scroll down to.
In the beginning, My friends and I had been playing league for a while and I often visited the forums. Mainly Concept Creation and Art. One day, while discussing Garen's preparedness for battle we made a joke that "what if he was caught of guard and was summoned (Back when champions were warped into battle by the Summoners) while he was taking a shower?" It was a funny idea so I posted it on the forums and it got a little support so I decided to draw it for lols.

Not bad if I do say so myself. And from that the popularity sparked. People started to take notice. The fan base grew and other even stared to draw Unprepared Garen for the cause. It even got several posts from Riot staff themselves including IronStylus and RiotTacoStorm. Pretty cool!

And then... Battle. Bunny. Riven.
The community threw themselves at the screens at its sight. Riot saw the fans love and made it. Riot actually made a skin made by the community. They gave everyone hope. It was then said, by Riot, that if a skin gains enough support, lets say over 3000 thumbs up, they will make it.
Unprepared Garen received over that and then some, but nothing was happening. Many Riot staff had stated that they would love to see it, but nothing came.
Frost Booty Shyvana. Another concept that graced the forums and soon after was made.
AstroNaut A wonderful drawing on the art forums saw overwhelming support. It got made.

Why do THEY get made, but Unprepared Garen does not?

So I ask, Why.
"Garen already has to many skins." This is not an issue for Riot.
Caitlyn has 7 skins and counting. Teemo has 8! Lee Sin has 7 as well.
Need I say more?
"But its showing to much skin. It may be inappropriate." ...Have you seen some of the skins the female champs have?
"I don't want to be exposed to the sheer manlyness of Garen's bare chest. I'm not gay." Pardon me Mr Teenage boy. Some people would like a sexy man-champ skin.
Its just silly. Riot could easily make this. What are they waiting for?
