Does riot ever plan on releasing an adc that utilizes whips?

i would love that so much, and ive been asking about it occasionally over the years but its never gotten much attention. there really isnt any true whip champ in the game (no thresh doesnt count, thats a chain that he whips people with. theres a difference)
