Riot loses the money you don't spend on IP.
RP is purchased, IP is earned. That's Riot's business model and it always has been. You acquire necessities with IP and conveniences with RP.
Stop trying to find a way to get conveniences with IP. Not going to happen, except in very specific circumstances(like the 1 IP ward skin at worlds)
I am not sure how you feel Riot will not lose any money at all since their entire revenue stream is based on RP purchases. This makes no sense from a business perspective.
Not a good idea, would probably spawn more bots.
