Does /Remake work? I tried and it didn't...

Title. Our team had a DC Ryze who came back around the 5 minute mark. Right at 3:00 we all typed /remake but the error said that it wasn't available. Please help because we lost the game because of the confusion.

The game tells you if it is available. "At the three minute mark, all players on the shorthanded team receive a message to prompt the vote by typing /remake in chat"

If it doesn't come up on it's own then something else such as First Blood has already happened.
