New Spectating Feature: Live Overview

I'd like to propose a feature for viewing how a friend's match is going, without actually Spectating the match.

Overview

1. Overview is found in a players profile in the Match History tab
2. The top match shows as you'd expect from other matches, but; a. It is labeled as "In progress" instead of win/loss/leave/loss prevented b. Score and items are updated every 30 seconds (3 min. delay) c. Map is live as if spectating (3 minute delay)
3. Match in progress is only available if the person is on your friends list.

In short, this will let you see how a match is going without having to enter Spectator Mode.
