Do some skins affect hitbox ?

Maybe it just seems as a visual trick, i know skins do affect visual quality of spells, hide them better sometimes- but does it change hitbox at all? For example: Monarch Kog'Maw with the bonus wing particles, if wing is being taged by skillshot- will empty space where wing stands affect regular Kog or not ? On the other hand, super teemo seems actually even small then regular...So do skin particle add ons affect champion hitbox ?
