Moveable Rune Pages/Masteries

It would make me happier if we were able to move rune pages/masteries into cohesive groups. Right now if I change one and I want similar pages together I have to redo like 10 of them and that's a PITA. Is this something that is even remotely easy to do? Like a move to button or drag and drop interface?
