Petition to have separate servers, between the old NA's & Chicago's

I live in Malaysia, and after the servers have successfully transferred to Chicago, my ping happens to became laggier. It used to be about 200 ping, and now it increased to 280 ping. There are multiple notices in my game where that tiny 0.25 sec lag made me lose some games.

I would preferred if Riot can make separate servers located at both old NA & Chicago to satisfy the community's needs to have the proper speed in varying locations, just like as if you're moving to EUW by paying 2600 RP and such.
