Hide players that are not logged into the client and are only on the mobile app
I currently have 11 friends online. Actually, it's really only 3; the other 8 are logged into the mobile app. I'm not going to bug them while they're at work, and certainly can't invite them to a game, so they are basically offline.
Let me hide them on my list as if they are also offline.
While we're at it, put the checkboxes to display or hide them on top of the list instead of in the settings button, so that you can more easily show/hide.
