How "cancerous" is teemo in comparison to other champs? I Know he's not as bad as champs like tryndamere and donger. But he's still up there right? Like, on a scale of 1 to 10? I just wanna know how much of a target I'm gonna have on my back when I start taking him into positions other than support.
Compared to other "cancerous champions" he has considerably more counterplay. His shrooms can be effectively countered with no real effort involved and his blind can be QSSed. All that you have to worry about is his laning phase, but everyone will hate you. I've been targeted specifically and flamed a lot just for playing teemo in ranked.
He's honestly not that bad, he is mostly kept as a meme because he used to be absolutely ridiculous waaaaaay back in early seasons. Now he just has some frustrating kit aspects that still tickle people's tilt bone.
