@Riot, Mentor System

I have seen the suggestion come up numerous times. I have participated in the discussion a number of times. I would like to know, what are the thoughts on a mentor system. In the previous discussions there were talks about how beneficial it would be to the community as a whole. It would reduce the number of toxic players that new players were disposed to and help to integrate them easier into the community.

For those who haven't heard anything on a mentor system, the proposal was that positive level 30 accounts would have the option of "mentoring" those on new accounts. The goal being that they would be helpful and informative to the new player and help them to reduce toxicity. It was mentioned that the mentors could have incentives or not but either way the concept is solid.
