Riot, I want you to hear me out on this one

I have a plan that will allow dominion to be played and not let you have to do a single thing with it ever again. We just quite simply freeze it right where it is. No updates. Any item changes will be exempt from dominion. Any new champion after Jhin will be unable to play there, and any reworked champion will use their old form. Dominion will effectively be Zhonyas'd.

You don't have to touch jack shit with it for the rest of it's existence

We still get to play it

Sure, it might get stale, but at least we'll still have it
