You have clearly never played morgana lol. She has HUGE weaknesses.

seeing how that pretty much her only useful ability other than spell shield it should be a strong ability
It's strong but so are other abilities, it's easier to dodge if you're good especially in lane, it's like a blitz or thresh pull just stand behind minions
Bwahahahahahaaaaaahahahahhaaaaa. You never die to a binding you die to the 4 man dive crew after. BALANCED. Go cry if you need, but Morgana is the epitome of balanced
