IIRC, Gragas is considered a trash-pick in LCS due to his ult cast duration being nerfed
What makes his return in competitive matches again? I don't recall him getting any buffs after that.

I think it's more so other tanks got nerfed
fucktarded base dmg's that were the proble m in the first place. BUT NOO lets not remove the problem instead lets fuck his kit up.
