JAyce or Rengar

learn to play a champ. you dont just play a jump and automatically stomp ppl. You learn the champ first. People need to stop copying worlds

My opinion favors Rengar. Jayce is more easily punished and requires a bit more finesse to pull off properly, while Rengar has viability at nearly every stage of the game.

Assuming you're good with both champs and know the game really well and are looking just to stomp as hard as possible (i.e. You'll win with anyone and just want to win as easily add possible) i'd say go Jayce.

He's less likely to get banned. He's a less common pick so the enemy mid might not know how to Lane against him (and whole team might not know how to teamfight against him). It's easier to get fed and carry from mid since part of your superiority should be in last hitting creeps, a skill that goes mostly unrewarded when you jungle (or if you're playing rengar top, it's easier to snowball the map as a mid laner than as a top laner).

Reasons to pick rengar: Overall probably a more meta champion (I.e. better by current criteria). Mid is the most common role so you'll often either have to troll teammates to get them out of mid, or just not play Jayce when an earlier pick wants mid, whereas jungle is much less common and rengar can double as a viable top laner.
