I need 5 RP for Project Yasuo.
Were I to buy the smallest amount of RP, I would be 5 RP short of the 675 needed. RIP my dreams.

There are some people that write something to RIOT when they need a short amount of RP (a drawing, poem, etc...) and sometimes they're generous enough to give that small amount! :)
Do some kind of fan art and send it to Riot in a creative way. They've given 3 - 5 RP points in the past to people doing it, but I think It's a one-time per account for life.
