Make new players better, and reward experienced players for doing so

This idea is stolen straight from team fortress 2 https://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Coaching

Why isn't this a thing? I think new players should be allowed to sign up to be spectated, and the spectator can chat and ping with them, giving them advice. Really, new players need some guidance, and Riot has failed to provide them with any real help. Why not let the players help them?

Players who do spectate and help newer summoners can be rewarded with skins or RP/IP or whatever if they are rated highly.

I think that would be a good idea, your thinking something like DOTA 2's mentor system.

Oh wow, DOTA 2 does have exactly that. I can't say I'm surprised, considering it was made by valve (who also made tf2 which is where I got the idea). But rito pls, steal good systems from other games, we don't mind
