Everyone is so goddamn negative towards riot. I truly appreciate all the work they've done, and I think they have been doing a great job. Nearly every post on this forum is bashing riot, and I simply don't understand it. They've given me hours and hours of fun, have always been kind toward their community even when being flamed, and are clearly trying their best to make the game enjoyable for everyone.

I've actually only had server problems twice. This is nothing compared to the problems I've had trying to log onto WoW servers, a pay monthly game
You know, I have small little spurts of anger towards them occasionally. Especially when the server spikes happen, or whenever someone doesn't ban Reksai or whatever the OP flavor of the month is.
But in the end I still spend lots of hours on their game. I see the heaps and tons of effort they put into improving this game. They give more consistent and constant updates than any other game developer I've ever followed. So absolutely. Thank you Riot, for everything.
Except those hours of fun are never when I want them because for 2 months straight now the entire community is battling Rito, not enjoying Riot. Please nerf yourself Riot. Stop deciding games for us and maybe make sure your shit works before you release it. I'd rather be on patch 3.15 still than have all these connection issues.
Truth be told Jagex (runescape) is a better company than riot and that's saying something. It's obvious we can't get on why has Riot not acknowledged it. They need to learn how to balance their own game and this server connection bullshit is too much it happens way to often. By the way where's the east coast servers? You can afford shitty imagine dragons at worlds but not east coast servers? It's stuff like this that gets people mad.
I would actually pay to play league if Riot steps up their shit with better servers and better service. Yes I would literally give them money to improve their quality.

True that they have giving us hours of fun but it is really that hard to update the people as to whats going on? Most of the people that are upset are just upset because they choose (keyword) to not let them know what is going on. Even if they are not sure they could even post that, it doesn't really take long to post something to that effect. Just say "HEY! guys and gals we are having some issues here at the office, not sure what it is but hang in there". Then update when they find the problem and what time they think it will be fixed. That really isn't much to ask for in my opinion, which is worth nothing. It seem their way of updating us if to fully put the blame on our firewall, I wonder how many poor guys are out there messing with all their settings trying to get this game to work.
People don't mess with the settings, it's not your fault ... just hang in there and they will fix whatever it is that's wrong at some point.
