Like why? You have a free heal/AD/Crits & an ult that would literally tank harder than a 
builds, so stfu and lemme poke you to death before you hit that immortality button -_-

A laning trynda never heals, only in spawn when he bought his stuff and he wants to leave sooner. Actually tryndas ult does not make him tank anything, because the damage he got is still shown in the end game screen. As a trynda player it's a hard toplane ATM ( i pref. jungle) , so i can understand saltyness.
Not your fault though.
