When I was level two, I remember not knowing a single thing I was doing. I used Nasus on F2P week and I put dorans rings on him. I also built health and mana and then proceeded to do very badly in lane. It was a beginner bots game.

When I was level 2, they hadn't reworked Soraka yet. Hell, they hadn't released Nami either. Those days sucked.

Most champions I think can deal with it well - Blitzcrank doesn't give none about mobility creep, even though he's not really that mobile except for a simple speed boost. Nasus ' wither is like summoner 3 but on a short cooldown. Lux can stand so far back that there just isn't enough mobility to reach her before she CC's you. But Taric's kit revolves around standing next to somebody and hitting all his buttons, and Dazzle doesn't hold anyone down long enough for him to do that. I'm so excited for his rework! I hope I can play him again. And I hope his lore makes it easy for me to ship him with Soraka . Because I'm weird like that.

Yes, there are some champs that can deal well with it. Those champs, however, seem to be getting nerfed (see Ryze and Veigar). It's "unfun and toxic" to be able to stun someone, but it's perfectly fine to be able to jump in, insta-burst in 0.46 seconds, then jump back out untouched. See Leblanc . This literally happened to me. Leblanc wasn't even fed! She was like 3-2 with 100 cs at 20 mins lol. I guess rito thinks the only way that you are allowed to be strong is if you are ALSO mobile.

i remember one time i was against nasus top and got rekt. he had pd,ie,shv, and so much dmg i used his build next game and dominated (100 stacsk) at the 40 min mark
