I dont understand why Singed is in the game...

No, I dont think that he is overpoered or anything, but its the whole concept that makes me ask that question.

RIOT stated that they dont want abilities/Items in the game that are just no fun to play against and offer little to no counterplay or interaction. To their own statement, you are supposed to have fun playing against everything in the game.

And then we have Singed, who, no matter how you look at it, has only the one purpose, the only way hes really played and that is to be annoying as hell. The whole champion can only work if you proxy farm all day, and splitpush later. You have nearly no value other than that, and you are build so its nearly impossible and on top of it extremely frustrating to catch you.

You are tanky, fast, you have a perma slow as soon as you get Crystal scepter that hits everyone chasing you, and you regenerate so much, that its just not an option to poke you. Even if you get caught, it takes alot of time to get him down and most times you just have to look how he runs away.

Sorry, but I just cant see how that champion is any fun to play against. Hes just plain annoyance and you dont really have a way to play around him...
