Was fighting against a Yasuo as Ryze

Like, I don't get it.

People kept saying his shield(passive) is too OP. But all I see is that I manage to AA him once as if I'm brushing a soft leaf on him, and poof, there goes the shield. So simple, yet elegant. Even a Brand or Karthus can pull the same trick.

Like, come on Mage mains. Just right click the dude. Watch your Mage champion swing his/her arms at a 500+ range & kaputs Yasuo's passive away.

I don't get you people complaining about his passive(shield, not double crits).

I get what you mean like i play Zyra , Syndra , Ziggs as my main mages in mid/support and im laning against yasuo xD its funny how he gets aggressive and takes my combos losing half of his HP lol.. as ryze his root cant be WW so again he gets aggressive you counter it with combos in point blank range. hell even Morgana can just drop a pool and his shield goes byby lol.it ticks off of every damage he takes so . but it takes 1 AA to remove it like ya said or a DoT

Whenever I fight Yasuo with Ahri I just AA him then hit him with my charm, his shield is gone by then so he takes the full blunt of my combo and ignite to finish him.

then he pushes the wave into you and walks away...next wave he has his windwall if you want to all in...the wave afterwards his shield is up again...neverending cycle of a happily farming yasuo that still will crit you down if you ever misstep.
