In Team Builder Draft, we will choose 2 roles we want to play. 'Fill' will be included in the options, but matchmaking will prioritize your primary choice.
Duo groups will have to choose at least 3 unique roles, such as top/mid and top/jungle (fill counts as unique for each).
They plan on having incentives for those that choose 'fill' in order to reduce queue times.
Once a match is found, you'll enter champion select ban/pick drafting with your roles already decided. Taking a role other than what you were given will be a bannable offense. You can swap with someone else if they agree to it.
Lyte has been intentionally vague on banning, but said the captain won't simply ban 3 as is currently done.

Consider whether this Draft method will help your troll problem before posting about them. Riot may already be set to fix it for you.
