What happened to the mana item that hit PBE with Luden's Echo?

Is it canceld permanently or are you still looking at ideas for an item that gives mana to allies?

And if they do respond, perhaps they could shed light on some other unreleased items such as the Mandrake Ward.

Mandrake is constantly getting monitored on the PBE.For now they remove it a few days before the patch goes life and add it again.
