So I already got hextech annie with only 13 boxes. Is it supposed to be that easy?

I've opened 24 boxes so far. Bought 2 of the 10 pack chests (plus the 2 free chests), used the free chest and even opened my first earned chest (just had rp left over to buy a key for it).

I realllly want that skin lol
