The Ranked Mentality Needs to Stop

I understand this is a competitive game, and that people get hard ons with their little 3 inch penis when they compare ranks when talking shit to each other, but seriously? Grow up, some people DO NOT CARE about ranked, they don't play it, i do my promos and i'm done with it, because it is not fun, half the time you get an afk, or a troll, or just blatant bad players that ruin the match for you and make you look bad by it reflecting your rank.

Why am I Silver V? Because i had 4 games with an afk in it in my positioning matches.... That's why. 2 of them the entire match, and the other 2 left half way through the match for some bullshit reason that was a lie. I was Silver 2 last season because of 3 afks, so of course this season everyone dropped a rank or two, so very obviously i was going to be placed lower no matter what, but to rub it in i get 4 afks this time around. Why am i still silver 5? Because i don't play ranked anymore after my promos, i already had 4 afks in my matches, i don't need to make it 5, that's just wasting time.

That is why i don't give a single shit about ranked, it means nothing, its a horrible system that does not accurately reflect someones ability to fight as a team at all. It's a system based off of WINS, so if you are unlucky just like me, you get 4 afks in your promos. I can't help that, i cant reach through the screen and force them to play the match.

I understand i should probably do placements with friends, that way there is no afks, but honestly, i really don't care what my rank is, iv'e beat golds, iv'e beat plats, and iv'e beat diamonds in normals, and i can tell just by how they play and how they move what rank they are, and sure enough ill check afterwards and laugh. Yeah, ranked really means something if a silver 5 can beat ranks higher than them, yup, totally means something. Iv'e never gone against a challenger, so i'm not really sure what their skill level would be. What amuses me more is when one of these children start pulling the ranked card while they flame, ill check their rank, and they are bronze something... Your really going to talk crap on my silver 5 when you are in bronze still? Come on.... I don't even care about my rank and here you are trying to flame it as a lower rank, jesus, i just can't even even even EVEN freaking EVEN, i find that hilarious you silly gooses.

Ranked means nothing skillwise, all it means is DEDICATION, the fact that you wasted your time to climb up a silly ladder for bragging rights, its the same old compare penis size game, mines bigger!, no mines bigger! "rapidly types on keyboard"

Grow up, the moment you bring up ranked to me, i will mute, and block your ass after the match, i am tired of dealing with dumbasses who think they are better than me on an ARAM, a fucking ARAM, a game mode literally decided by your team composition!

Ranked used to be something to be proud of and to congratulate people on, but instead this new generation of league players have turned it into a dick comparing competition. They completely misinterpret what ranked actually stands for, its dedication and time, not skill. Because in the end, your "skill" wont win a match BY YOURSELF, League is a team game, if you are so good, go 1vs5 a team, tell your 4 team mates to stay in base, and then take the match by yourself if you are so god damn good. I guarantee you, you won't be able to watch 3 lanes at the same time, you cant be in 3 lanes at the same time.

^ This right here makes every single ranked argument invalid instantly, if you are soooooo good and can carry a match, DO IT, 1vs5 the other team. Send me the video of it and i will worship you. If you can 1vs5 an entire team by yourself an entire match and WIN, you are god, you replace faker, you are the creator of this world at that point.

Grow up already, stop bringing up ranked if you feel the need to flame and talk shit, ranked means nothing, especially if you are immature enough to flame and start shit with people on an ARAM for crying out loud. Let alone summoners. Lets see how far you get without a team. Teams decide your rank, not yourself. All you do is commit to putting effort and time into climbing that ladder, and hope your team is good enough to assist you in that.

Now that my rant is over, have nice day, stop flaming, stop talking crap, and stop bringing up ranked if you decide to be immature enough to start crap. [slayer-jinx-unamused]

There is a difference between being passionate about ranked, and just being a dumbass. Just saying. And judging from your comment, i would guess you are one of those folks that flames people and pulls out the 2 inch penis my rank is better card, have nice day.

Don't do rank if you feel like its not enjoyable to you.
As for the " i will mute, and block your ass after the match" Why not just mute everyone to begin with that simple. That way you don't have to block them. If they are really bad say 0-10 by 5 mins yeah block them cause....... Do I really need a reason to explain.
No reason to not mute everyone at the start of the game, nothing that they have to say is important. Most of the time its just Rage and salt, so mute them put on some music and just play. [slayer-pantheon-popcorn]
