Is this considered racist? Will I get suspended for it?

I was playing a ranked game and the enemy team had a player with the name "Negro-something" and another one with the name "XXX ThisDik" XXX being the champion he mains (I won't say which one).

I said in all-chat that I can tell the two were duoing based on their names. Will I get suspended for that?

On another note, why do so many black people have "Negro" in their name? Is that a meme or something? I'm not even black and I find that offensive.

They dont ban "UnexpectedNegro" so i imagine not

I wouldn't call it racist to make an assumption like that, but you are making a pretty large leap in judgement there. I wouldn't really associate "ThisDik" as a 'black' nickname (and thinking about it now I don't really think there's a correlation as I've considered naming myself "<This word is now censored (eh.)> Jim" after the Huckleberry Finn character).
