I really think Twitch needs some love.

So, Twitch, everyone's favourite Plague Rat, currently sits on a 2.57% pick rate (according to lolking.net). I think this simple change would bump his pick rate significantly. How about his stealthed running animation will be him running on four legs like his homeguard running animation?

And while we're at it, can we fix the 0 dmg to inhibitors and nexuses(nexi?) with ult?
