Add a "Biggest Attack" Stat to end game stats

It's no fair that Draven can go into engame stats and giggle about the fact that he crit some fool for 1700 damage, but as Veigar I can't go giggle about how stupid hard my Ult hit for after the game.

Either add a new tracking for biggest single attack or change biggest critical strike to it.
