I was able to kill a full build Vayne (actual full build) as a full build Lucian. We both started with full health, and attacked at the same time, but she didn't get to stun me. Ended up winning with ~800 health left.

It is actually very easy to beat a vayne as lucian. Just e as she is going to condemn to fuck up her angle and drop a pink ward as she ults.
