League of Legends is likely as good as it's ever going to get... Riot can afford to work on a side project. Why not just something small.. like a single player RPG? Riot has creative, artistic, and musical talent that rivals Bethesda... But they choose to continue dumping resources into a very shallow game. I've shelled out over $1000 on League, so don't get me wrong, I obviously like it. But it wouldn't hurt to have something... else.

Actually once they hit 1 million players they got rid of the "pay to play" and made the entire game free giving exclusive armor to people who were actively paying at the time.

Time to move on. Honestly wouldnt be surprised if they were already working on another game. They see their numbers dropping dramatically. I dont even have to look at the numbers. Just look at how long it takes to get a game now compared to last year.

lol not gonna upload a video just to prove a point. Honestly I don't have to. Try getting into a game and compare the waiting time to last years or 2 year ago. Thats if you were even playing at that point.
It's not really that difficult to figure out. Some people may want to deny it and that is fine, this is their favorite game but the facts are there inside the game.

When i first started this game it would take me not more than 30 seconds to get a game in 3v3 or 5v5. That was consistent for a good 3-4 years. Since the end of last year it generally takes me 4-10 mins and late at nights it will take me 10-15 mins to get 1 game.
Those are the numbers. So idk what your talking about them proving me wrong. If anything that proves me right. Now if you want to sit here and argue some more about it being otherwise then so be it but honestly.. I dont care what you say at this point because you are obviously in denial.
Keep telling yourself that the game is still active as ever. Doesn't affect me at all. There is no game that becomes more active as time goes by, it just doesn't happen. Sorry to burst your bubble.

Supp Hero1 votesI think LoL is great, but I agree it's kind of maxed out its potential and they should start working on other games on the side. The biggest improvement they could make to this game right now is add map skins for Summoner's Rift so people don't get bored of playing the same old 5v5 SR.
ARAM/Crystal Scar is good but not having another 5v5 map like SR will stifle this game eventually. The least they could add is new skins for SR or TT, or add entirely new 5v5/3v3 maps that are essentially the same as SR/TT with different appearance

Kürama1 votesIt's actually getting better. The new Butcher's Bridge map is an example of this, as well as the consistent updates to pretty much everything. League's not shallow, it's the most popular game in the World, has been for 4 years and will continue to be for years to come. It's also the best MOBA in the World.
What we need to probably increase the potential some more is a completely new permanent game mode, with a new map.
