Dear Riot
I know that you guys get things thrown at you daily and I also know that you have many things that you are working on all at the same time. I just have a few things I would like to say about a few topics in League of Legends.

Runes: Lets just start off by saying that Tier 1 & 2 runes will not be touched when you're level 30 unless you have some kind of replacement (ie. a tier 1/2 rune that you bought because you didnt know how it worked). Not to mention that you have to grind like tony hawk at the X games in order to get them.

Old Champions: Some older champions don't need to be touched and are near perfect (
etc). Some have been forgotten and others have been, well, nerfed to the ground (
fits both of these catigories). Other champions need to redone because their kits are close to being unfair.
Why does 
have to get a rework because he has all point and click abilities but 
doesn't although she has a much more powerful kit?
Why doesn't 
have new passives to make them significant? -
The community: The community seems to have this overall toxicity. You see it in game, on the boards, and even in other game franchises. The overall complaints seem to be "X Champion Is OP", "X Item is OP", or "Trolls". Most seem reasonable demands and the champion/item in picture doesnt seem to be on par with the rest. Why would you pick
over 
on a standard (non spell cast) adc? Why would you pick over 
? These are the kinds of questions the community is asking themselves in champion select and in game. One item clearly out balances the other, might cost more but is more gold efficient/do more things than the last. -
Transparency: Why is it that the only one that seems to be telling us anything is Riotrepertoir? Why is Riot Employee response to issues presented on the boards down? Why doesn't Riot tell the community what they're doing to X champion or X item before it's released on the PBE? Why does Riot seem to be ignoring us?
