Does any other game..

Trap you in a game with trolls, griefers, or where someone has already left, then penalize you for losing as if you had a full team(or penalize you worse if you then leave the skewed game)? Do any other games consider you a worse player for happening to be on the same team as a guy who never even loads into the game?
